A Hopping Success: The Launceston Easter Trail Ushers in a New Era of Community Engagement

Thanks to the collective creativity of the Launceston Chamber of Commerce committee, 200 families embarked on an unforgettable journey through the heart of our town, exploring 23 local shops.

The theme, a whimsical hunt for Carrot-Top's shadow, was brainstormed with care, aiming to provide a fun, interactive experience for families while showcasing the diverse businesses our town has to offer.

This year marked a significant leap towards embracing technology, with online ticket sales and QR codes for ticket purchases introducing a new, streamlined way to engage.

This wasn't just a convenience for attendees; it represented a milestone for local businesses in utilizing digital tools to reach potential customers. The success of these innovations has opened discussions on how we can further leverage technology in future events.

In a significant milestone for the event, this year marked the first time all prizes were sourced exclusively from local independent businesses, emphasizing our commitment to supporting the local economy and celebrating the unique offerings of Launceston's vibrant business community.
